What shipping methods are available?
We have partnered with India Post, Professional Courier, Trackon, DTDC & Blue Dart for shipment of products in India and FedEx & Speed Post Service for international shipments. Depending upon your location and reach, we also employ other domestic but reliable service providers to deliver products.
Do we ship all over India?
Yes, we deliver your orders to any corner of India. Shipping charges are determined based on the total value of your order and the delivery location.
How long will it take to get my package?
We attempt to process every order and ship within 24 hrs. Exact shipping time depends on the availability of certain products and will be communicated during the process of ordering. Depending upon your location within India, post ordering this should take overall 4-6 days to get delivered.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept debit cards and major credit cards. You can pay through Internet Banking and Paytm as well.
Is buying on-line safe?
There are thousands of websites to go shopping on the internet, many with thousands more independent sellers. The majority of these are perfectly legitimate, but spotting the fraudulent ones takes a bit of research. We provide option of PayU payment gateways which process all credit card transactions over secure encrypted connection.

How do I place an order?
Check over the items listed in your shopping cart. You have the option of adding or deleting the items listed by changing the item quantity and clicking Update. Once all of the items you wish to purchase are listed in your shopping cart, you’re ready to begin the checkout process.
How can I cancel or change my order?
Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, just give us a call, we will take necessary actions at earliest.
Do I need to pay charges for cancelled orders?
Ofcourse NOT. We understand your dynamic and ever-changing needs, shop as much as you want and enjoy FREE cancellation.
How do I track my order?
Tracking your order is simple and easy to do. We will send you an email letting you know once your order has shipped. You can log into your account and find all your order information. Click on “My Orders” and you can click on “Track” to find out where your package is. You can also give us a call to find out about your order.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, you need to register yourself at Arihant while placing an order.
