The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has released the official notification for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2027. The examination is conducted for admission to 5-Year Integrated Undergraduate (UG) Law Programmes (BA LL.B. and other integrated law courses) and Postgraduate (LL.M.) programmes offered by participating National Law Universities (NLUs) across India.

The online application process began on 03 August 2026 and will remain open until 31 October 2026. Candidates aspiring to secure admission to India's premier law universities can submit their applications through the official CLAT portal within the prescribed dates.
