INTRODUCTION

SSC MTS- A national-level exam is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission to recruit candidates for various posts under numerous Ministries, Departments, and Offices of the Government of India. To achieve the pre-set goal, aspirants must have a preparation route consisting of Focus, Hard Work, and above all Confidence to hold the central government post.

SSC MTS NOTIFICATION

Recently, a notification was released on the SSC official website which stated that “12523 candidates will be recruited for the Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havaldar (CBIC and CBN) posts. Along with that, a major decision was taken on the examination pattern which has been discussed in brief below.

SSC MTS: REVISED EXAM PATTERN

The commission has come up with a decision to change the Exam Pattern. From 2023, the following procedure will be followed:

ü  SSC MTS Paper 2 will not be conducted

ü  Paper 1 will have total of 270 marks in two sessions, giving 3 marks to each question  

ü  Session 1 has no negative marking whereas 1 mark is deducted for each wrong answer in session 2

ü  PET/PST for the Havaldar post

ü  Exam will be conducted in CBT mode in 15 languages
